As a renal nurse, you'll specialise in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.

Patient-Centred Care

Our exceptional nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 ensures you have ample time to provide holistic care to your patients. Our clinic is currently open from Monday to Saturday with no nights offering you the flexibility and work-life balance you've been searching for.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
  • Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
  • Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
  • Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
  • Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered General Nurse.
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
  • Starting Salary of up to £35,944 plus location allowance based on dialysis experience.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
