Deputy Clinic Manager – Leadership Opportunity in Renal Care!
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training.
- Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
- Provide specialised nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.

Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse with post‑basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least two years of experience in haemodialysis at a senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
