Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager.
Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing quality care and clinical excellence across the clinic.
- Supporting and mentoring staff through ongoing training and development.
- Coordinating patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines.
- Sharing your specialist renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues.
- Building trusted relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners.
What You’ll Bring
- NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Haemodialysis at a senior level.
