The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Event Media Support
- Travel to company-hosted and sponsored events to provide on-ground media support.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, activations, and community engagements.
- Support livestreaming and digital coverage where applicable.
- Assist in managing event media logistics (equipment setup, asset storage, coordination).
- Ensure content captured aligns with brand standards and messaging priorities.
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit video footage into platform-ready formats for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Edit photographs for use across digital platforms, website, and PR.
- Create short-form content pieces optimised for each social platform.
- Assist in developing behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content to humanise the brand.
- Organize and maintain the media asset library.
Interviews & Storytelling
Conduct Structured Interviews With
- Clients and beneficiaries
- Potential customers
- Brand ambassadors
- Event attendees
- Business Development Managers
- Capture testimonials and success stories for marketing use.
- Support script development and question preparation prior to interviews.
- Assist in repurposing interview content into multiple content formats (short clips, quotes, social posts).
