What You'll Be Doing
- Reaching out to brands and agencies to secure paid collaborations for our talent.
- Using your contacts (and building new ones) to open doors beyond our existing brand network.
- Pitching talent confidently and commercially - backed by insights and performance data.
- Managing deals from first conversation through to agreement.
- Working closely with talent on strategy: what content performs best, what brands are right for them, and where they should be focusing their energy.
- Helping talent grow their platforms in a way that makes commercial sense.
- Putting simple systems and structure in place as this side of the business grows, and having real input into this part of the business.
- Working directly with the founders, with space to bring ideas and shape how we do things.
- Helping build a talent offering that really works.
- There's genuine room to grow as this side of the agency grows.
Qualifications
- Has experience in influencer marketing, talent management or brand partnerships (agency or talent-side).
- Knows how to pitch talent properly.
- Understands insights, engagement data and how to use them to demonstrate their value to brands.
- Is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple conversations at once.
- Wants more responsibility, ownership and the chance to build something meaningful.
