- Drive significant coverage and awareness by maintaining high-level press relationships across all territories.
- Strategically build strong, long-term partnerships with key Editors, influencers, and VIP personalities to secure sustained brand advocacy.
- Identify fresh, culturally relevant strategies to amplify earned coverage and maximise results.
- FOUNDER COMMUNICATIONS
- Manage the public image, press, and media relations for Trinny Woodall in collaboration with the Head of Communications and Advocacy, ensuring the founder's personal public appearances align with key brand initiatives.
- Proactively seek and secure high-level personal profiling opportunities for the founder, including one-to-one interviews with top-tier press, broadcast media, and social platforms.
- Ensure all personal PR efforts are consistent with Trinny London's overall brand values and business objectives.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT AND BUILD
- Manage a high-performing communications team of two, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide decisive leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Raises ideas, issues and challenges appropriately to influence outcomes and progress.
