Overview: As a PR Executive, you will play a vital role in our PR and Marketing team at OB. You will provide key support across various functions, utilizing your strong organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team operates efficiently, and tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Core Responsibilities
- Reporting: Compiling monthly PR reports, ensuring PR external reporting partners (Cision/PR Shots) are up to date, updating press media database, sending out imagery and campaigns to media when requested and pitching, creating PR mailers/Newsletters for pitching.
- Press Loans and Samples: Recording, monitoring, and following up on all sample requests and returns, coordinating the delivery of media sample requests, managing all PR samples, ensuring appropriate tracking, storage, and timely return, maintaining stock at our SO/warehouse, ensuring accurate records and proper management.
- Event Support: Assisting in producing goody bags for media, charity, and customer events, supporting the organization of PR and marketing events, including some outside office hours β e.g., press days & brand events, assisting with in-store and other retail marketing events, potentially attending some events.
- Media Relations: Developing and building relationships with press from target print and online publications, developing and maintaining relationships with content creators for gifting, managing and maintaining the online image bank, including updating image folders & PR Shots, logging and organizing media cuttings for evaluation purposes, wrapping and sending media gifts as required, managing media lists and maintaining the Media Discount Card scheme (LOVEOB cards).

Experience
Previous PR experience within the retail sector is preferable.
