Fashion communication agency, LUCIEN PAGÈS & AIPR, is hiring an Account Manager.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Account Manager works with one or more Account Directors to achieve all client objectives within their team. The role involves proactively generating PR coverage and overseeing the day-to-day management of sample collection, gifting, and other PR activities.

MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB:
- Collaborate with Account Executives and showroom coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations of the press office, overseeing sample trafficking, gifting, and PR activities.
- Maintain strong contacts with stylists and journalists to pitch and secure relevant news stories and product placements, including VIP dressing and social media coverage. Develop relationships with VIPs and influencers, focusing on upcoming talent, to build dynamic lists and propose new, relevant ideas.
- Assist in managing client relationships and communicate effectively under the guidance of the Account Director.
- Manage press events, both online and in-person, including generating guest lists, managing invitations, and securing talent under the direction of the Account Director.
- Support the Account Director and lead the Account Executive when needed.
- Contribute innovative ideas to communication strategies and new business proposals.
- Assist with reports and analysis of press coverage across print, online, and social media platforms, using measuring tools to report on EMV, ADV, engagement, reach, etc.
- Ensure each client\’s visual merchandising within the showroom meets standards, overseeing the team to maintain quality.
This is a dynamic role; responsibilities may expand beyond those listed, requiring the Account Manager to manage their usual clients and other projects as assigned by the Account Director, while leading the Account Executives.
