SPR is a boutique London integrated communications agency with an impressive roster of clients across the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, and health sectors including Anua, Dr.

Responsibilities

  • Managing influencer seeding programmes and product gifting
  • Researching and casting influencers for all client campaigns
  • Building and maintaining influencer, creator and industry contact lists
  • Conducting influencer outreach and managing day to day communications
  • Supporting in paid casting and paid influencer projects and campaigns
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Coordinating influencer events, launches and brand experiences
  • Supporting the execution of client campaigns and activations
  • Tracking influencer activity and reporting on campaign results
  • Creating social media content and appearing in content for client channels where required
  • Staying up to date with beauty, influencer and social media trends
  • Supporting account teams with day to day client activity and project management
  • Identifying new influencer opportunities that align with client objectives

Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous experience at a beauty, wellness, or lifestyle PR agency or brand (minimum 1-2 years).

Candidates without prior experience will unfortunately not be considered for this role.

  • A strong network of beauty and influencer contacts
  • Proven success in securing influencer content and collaborations
  • Passionate about the beauty industry, with an eye for trends and storytelling
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organisational skills
  • A proactive, creative self starter with a can do attitude
  • Confident working across multiple clients and deadlines in a fast paced agency environment
