Inspo Management, a talent management agency, is looking for a Talent Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day management of our Talent Roster, working closely with the team to help execute campaigns, coordinate communications, and ensure seamless operations.

This position is a great opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’ experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management who is eager to grow and learn more within the industry. We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented candidate who’s genuinely passionate about the influencer and creator space.

The role is primarily remote, with weekly in-person team meetings in London. Flexibility to attend occasional events or client meetings in London is essential.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day liaison with Talent; must be a good communicator
  • Co-ordinating gifting for talent and helping assist paid campaigns
  • Build relationships with brand partners
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage internal databases and handle general enquiries

Professional experience & skills:

  • Good knowledge of the influencer landscape as well as social media
  • Multi-tasking skills and an ability to work well and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised with good time management skills and able to meet urgent deadlines
  • Existing brand and influencer contacts
