Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key beauty journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Secure high-quality media coverage through proactive pitching and targeted outreach.

  • Manage and optimise earned and paid influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee product seeding programs, track results, and provide ROI analysis to clients.

Client Management

  • Contribute to the development of strategic annual PR plans that align with client business goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute PR plan elements (e.g., launches, press trips) to a high standard, within deadlines and budgets.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and managing expectations.
  • Prepare and present insightful progress reports in client meetings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of successful events.
