Based in Hammersmith, Dundas Communications is a boutique PR agency, specialising in celebrity, brand and charity campaigns. We are a small team, with incredible clients. Our brand clients include Disney, Lightroom, TK Maxx, Go Outdoors, Holly & Co and CoppaFeel!. We also represent a number of celebrities for personal publicity including Billie Piper, Emma Willis, Paddy McGuinness, Kate Garraway, Stephen Mulhern, Max Fosh, Dermot O’Leary, Vicky Pattison, Kelly Hoppen among others, as well as leading podcasts including Happy Mum, Happy Baby with Giovanna Fletcher, Get a Grip with Angela Scanlon & Vicky Pattison, and Glad We Had This Chat with Caroline Hirons.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team to work across a variety of brand clients. You will be responsible for helping to write pitches and press releases, supporting with pitching stories to widespread media to secure quality press coverage, developing your media relationships, attending shoots and red-carpet events and managing client interviews.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to cope well in a busy environment whilst managing upwards to your senior team and working collaboratively with the agency team on day-to-day tasks. You must be able to ‘hit the ground running’ as a key member of our team.

The successful candidate will have to have:

  • A minimum of 12 months agency or in house experience
  • Previous experience in consumer PR campaigns
  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Strong writing and pitching skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of social media
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Pitching stories, news and interviews to press
  • Overseeing daily coverage collation for clients within print and online press, and social media
  • Managing client communications, project management when required
  • Attending events, shoots, red carpets with clients
