PR & Media Relations
- Create personal PR plans for our talent to increase their public profile
- Pitch and secure spots for talent at major events like film premieres, fashion weeks, and awards shows
- Place talent in key editorial/online & print and TV programmes
- Organise "vox pop" and viral media moments to keep our creators trending
- Write professional bios, press releases, and pitch decks
- Organise podcast schedule and find sponsors, guests etc
Event Management
- Handle all logistics for events, including transport, styling, and on-site support
- Attend events and capture content acting as liaison between talent and brand
- Build and maintain a strong network of event organisers, journalists, and photographers
- Manage media interviews and "person-on-the-street" segments
Brand & Content Support
- Work with our talent managers to ensure PR activity supports their brand deals
- Help produce high-quality professional photos and videos for talent portfolios
- Coordinate behind-the-scenes content capture during events
Social Media
- Managing all company Instagram, TikTok, YouTube accounts and collating and devising content
- Write and devise thought leadership content for networking platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional media
Experience & Qualifications
