We're looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed, social-first all-rounder who can own social channels end-to-end.
You will manage multiple brand accounts, build community, plan and execute content, and bring ideas to life through strong client management and understanding, accompanied by an avid eye for successful creative and short-form video editing.
This role suits someone who is both strategic and hands-on - someone who loves ideating, creating content and growing communities while also managing client comms and delivering best-in-class campaigns.
You will be part of the RNC comms team, as well as being responsible for delivering and owning best in class social campaigns and content for our leading clients in FMCG sectors.
- In this role, you will be responsible for: Social Strategy & Planning
- Social Strategy & Planning
- Ownership of social media strategy across all client accounts
- Building forward content calendars that support key brand moments
- Managing client approvals, workflows and deadlines
- Feeding deliverables to the creative team and managing output
- Content Creation & Editing (basic skills required, training will be provided)
- Developing social-first creative ideas and storytelling narratives
- Filming and capturing content during shoots and on-site days
- Editing short-form video content optimised for each platform
- Designing assets for Reels, Stories, Tik Tok, carousels and static posts
- Keeping organised asset libraries and content folders
- Channel & Community Management
- Supporting assistants with overall community management & engagement
- Upkeep of channel housekeeping including pinned posts, highlights, profile bios, banners and links
- Staying on top of platform trends, behaviours and competitor activity
- Paid Social & Reporting
- Supporting setup and management of Meta ads
- Reviewing monthly reports from assistants and reporting clear insights to clients
- Identifying opportunities for optimisation, growth and better creative performance
- 3+ years managing brand social channels (agency experience preferred)
- Competent content creator with Adobe skills (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok + IG trends, formats and platform best practice
- Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta
- Strong history of managing projects, workflows and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrable portfolio of design and video work (desirable but not essential)
