Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in beauty, wellness, and OTC healthcare who thrives on building media relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Communication
- Partner closely with senior team members to nurture strong, proactive client relationships across beauty, skincare, and wellness accounts.
- Lead day-to-day client communications, including regular calls and meetings, managing critical paths, and ensuring deliverables align with agreed RTBs (Reasons to Believe) and KPIs.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic input and flagging emerging opportunities or challenges.
- Stay up to date with client activities, competitor landscape, and wider industry trends to help shape proactive recommendations.
- Assist in the development of strategic communications plans, presentations, and quarterly reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty and health journalists, content creators, and influencers – nurturing contacts that lead to meaningful coverage.
- Lead on drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, influencer briefs, and targeted pitches.
- Secure consistent media placements and influencer collaborations across traditional and digital channels.
- Monitor and evaluate coverage, flagging hero placements and learnings to the team and clients.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated PR and influencer campaigns.
- Own logistical elements of activations – from sampling, seeding, and mailers to event coordination and ambassador partnerships.
- Manage timelines and workflow across internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and high standards.
- Track budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure all activity remains within scope.
- Prepare clear, insightful campaign reports showcasing media results, influencer content, KPIs, and earned value.
- Gather insights to inform recommendations, optimise future activity, and add strategic value for clients.
- Contribute creative concepts and trend-led thinking to campaign brainstorms, new business decks, and thought leadership opportunities.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute successful influencer and VIP engagement campaigns, from seeding to activation.
- Confident in using media monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Gorkana, CoverageBook, Meltwater) and social platforms to track performance and uncover insights.
- Experience planning and delivering survey-led campaigns, including consumer insights, data storytelling, and media sell-in.
- Familiarity with organising and managing radio days or similar broadcast media opportunities to amplify campaign reach.
