Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE | Full-time, with flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week | Competitive salary, dependent on experience_ *We focus primarily on complex birth injury claims, stillbirth and neonatal death, inquests and act as court-appointed Deputy for clients who lack capacity. We are a small, close-knit and supportive team, and this role would suit someone who wants genuine responsibility and hands-on experience early in their career, working on meaningful cases that make a real difference to families. *This is a practical, hands-on role, ideal for someone newly qualified or with up to two years' PQE who wants to develop their litigation skills within a specialist niche. *Preparing and issuing proceedings at court, including drafting claim forms and supporting court documentation * General case management, including diary and limitation monitoring, correspondence and file organisation * Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales (Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE) * Experience of, or a demonstrable interest in, clinical negligence or civil litigation; a clinical negligence training seat would be an advantage * Confident working with Microsoft 365 and OneDrive-based systems * Competitive salary, dependent on experience * Full-time role, with flexibility to work from home * Hands-on training and mentoring within a specialist, supportive small team * Additional leave * Free parking * On-site parking * Work from home Language: * English (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Blackpool FY4 5GU
