We focus primarily on complex birth injury claims, stillbirth and neonatal death, inquests and act as court-appointed Deputy for clients who lack capacity. We are a small, close-knit and supportive team, and this role would suit someone who wants genuine responsibility and hands-on experience early in their career, working on meaningful cases that make a real difference to families.
This is a practical, hands-on role, ideal for someone newly qualified or with up to two years' PQE who wants to develop their litigation skills within a specialist niche.
Preparing and issuing proceedings at court, including drafting claim forms and supporting court documentation
General case management, including diary and limitation monitoring, correspondence and file organisation
Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales (Newly Qualified
2 years PQE)
Experience of, or a demonstrable interest in, clinical negligence or civil litigation; a clinical negligence training seat would be an advantage
Confident working with Microsoft 365 and OneDrive-based systems
