A Tier 1 global financial services organisation is seeking an Equities Client Onboarding Analyst to join a high-performing Global Banking & Markets team.
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced front-to-back operations environment supporting the onboarding of institutional clients across global markets. You will work closely with business, operations, technology and clients to ensure new client relationships are successfully established while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Role: Prime Equities Client Integration Analyst EMEA - Global Banking & Markets Division
- Contract duration: currently till December 2026 (with potential extension)
- Location: London onsite full time Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:30hrs
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products, cash, synthetics, and listed options, and additionally enabling existing clients with new products and markets within Equities.
- Work directly with clients to obtain their post execution preferences and work to understand their requirements.
- Liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology and business, and build a good understanding of front to back trade lifecycle for Equities.
- Proactively ensure any newly on-boarded clients have no issues after the trading commences.
- Monitor the client’s pilot trade activity
- Help support the new business and clients.
- Oversea the client “journey” from start to finish
- Previous experience of equities (cash or synthetic) products in a middle office, onboarding or client service-related environment
- Understanding the equities prime and franchise business.
