We are supporting our client with Transformation Migration Analyst’s roles, both at AVP and VP level. You will be working with different teams, such as technology teams, business stakeholders, operations users, controls team, migration team and test team to plan, manage and drive the system migration from an ACBS system to Loans IQ. You will help with business analysis, including analysis of the old and new system and data within each, roadmaps, timeframes, project documentation, testing and migration.
Responsibilities:
- Drive data migration, risk and control, training and business process alignment with migration goals and objectives
- Review and analyse risk and set controls to mitigate risk
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support internal teams, such as Wholesale Lending to ensure the data in the current lending platform is compatible and ready to migrate to the future Lending platform
- Be a subject matter expert for systems, process and automation change in Wholesale Lending Operations
- Take the lead on test migrations and test scenarios
- Conduct reconciliation to improve the data quality for future migrations
- Support with sign-off and project milestones
- Support systems implementation and execution into BAU and provide support, guidance and issues escalation, resolving any issues
- Support the execution on new systems and processes
- Support with continuous improvement and delivery of Operational Readiness
- Review feedback from different workstreams and teams and applying this to delivery plans
- Produce presentation materials, detailing roadmaps, project milestones, testing and training
- Extract and interpret data and use this to be a subject matter expert for teams during the migration project
- Maintain awareness of business process change throughout the different project phases
- Tracking and report on progress, automation changes, migration testing and “go live”
- Help create bespoke testing scenarios, scripts, frameworks, procedures and management information
Requirements:
- Essential: You must have experience with ACBS systems and/or Loan IQ
- Previous experience of rolling out strategic and tactical change
- Proven knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking Lending processes and procedures
