We are seeking an experienced GBST Composer specialist to design, develop and implement a Target Operating Model (TOM) for a GBST Composer-based platform within an Investment / Wealth Management environment.

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on GBST Composer expertise with a solid understanding of investment and wealth management operations, products, processes and regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in defining how the platform, people, processes and controls operate within the target model, and then translating that design into a robust technical implementation.

Role: GBST Target Operating Model Design and Implementation Day rate: £600 per day (inside IR35) Pay framework: Umbrella Company Start date: ASAP Contract duration: 6 months initially (with scope to extend)

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in London office Key Responsibilities Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for GBST Composer.

Define the target architecture, operating processes, roles, responsibilities and governance required to support the platform.

Translate business and operating-model requirements into practical Composer solutions.

Identify gaps between the current and target operating models and define remediation plans.
