Our client is looking for a Billing Assistant who has experience of handling complex billing in a fast- paced environment and being able to liaise with customer and stakeholders across the business. The client is currently in a transformation and change stage of their lifecycle to, not only improve systems and processes, but to prepare for growth. This role encompasses two key areas, firstly, supporting the billing specialist in the day to day running of the billing process including ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely bills, and that new customers are onboarded efficiently. Secondly, providing support and contributing to overhauling the processes around billing and ensuring that we have automated systems in place that work for the long term as the business continues to expand. Rate: £160 – £190 per day Pay Framework : Umbrella Company (inside IR35) Work Pattern : Full time 9-5.30, Monday to Friday Start date : ASAP Length of contract : Initially 6 months (with possible scope to extend) Location : Hybrid.
