The role involves adding value across vehicle components and processes within all model platforms, focusing on design optimisation, resourcing, and supplier negotiations. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify and implement Value Engineering initiatives in Powertrain, Chassis, and Electrical components.

Responsibilities include delivering engineering solutions that support continuous improvement of current vehicles, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality, and specifications, with a focus on customer experience.
