On behalf of our client—a global leader in sustainable supply chain solutions—we are looking for an Operations Manager to take the reins of their operation near Redditch. This isn’t a 'desk-only' role; it’s a high-impact position for someone who wants to be at the heart of the action!
The Mission: Balance Strategy with Real-World Impact
As the heartbeat of the operation, you will split your time between the office and the field. You’ll spend roughly half the week on-site with your team and the other half travelling to service partners, building face-to-face relationships and ensuring that service levels are being met 'On Time, In Full.'

- Inspire & Lead: Coach and mentor a team of 10, turning goals into reality and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
- On-the-Ground Relationship Building: Visit logistics partners and depots to ensure quality standards are met and service is seamless.
- Optimise the Flow: Use your analytical mindset to challenge current logistics and transport flows, finding smarter, faster, and greener ways to work.
- Strategic Partnerships: Take the lead on supplier strategy—negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure top-tier performance.
