The site produces complex, precision products using modern manufacturing methods and continues to expand due to strong demand. You’ll join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team that values initiative and problem‑solving. Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction projects, ensuring smooth transfer of new products into production.
- Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and process documentation, keeping ERP data accurate.
- Support feasibility and manufacturability reviews for new and existing components.
- Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production, helping resolve process and material issues.
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing methods and documentation.
- Support root‑cause analysis, process validation, and engineering change integration.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, NPI Engineer, or similar.
- Confident using 3D CAD software to interpret and manage engineering drawings.
- Solid understanding of mechanical principles and modern manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and strong communication skills.
