Responsibilities

  • Lead New Product Introduction projects, ensuring smooth transfer of new products into production.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and process documentation, keeping ERP data accurate.
  • Support feasibility and manufacturability reviews for new and existing components.
  • Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production, helping resolve process and material issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing methods and documentation.
  • Support root‑cause analysis, process validation, and engineering change integration.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Design Engineer, NPI Engineer, or similar.
  • Confident using 3D CAD software to interpret and manage engineering drawings.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical principles and modern manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and strong communication skills.
