2 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicants. A leading manufacturer of plastic products is expanding its operations with a brand-new UK production facility and is seeking experienced Injection Moulding Technicians to join its team.
Working within a purpose-built, environmentally conscious facility that champions continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing, you\’ll play a vital role in developing and growing the moulding operations from the ground up.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000, Mon-Fri, with 5% pension contributions and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays).

Responsibilities
- Install and set up new injection moulding machinery and ancillary equipment
- Prepare, set, and run jobs in line with documented processes, quality standards, and target cycle times
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues to ensure optimal machine performance
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify product compliance with specifications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of machines
- Continuously seek to improve work processes and personal performance
Qualifications
- Have experience and a strong interest in Injection Moulding, having worked as a Setter, Technician, or Process Engineer
- Enjoy solving processing and production challenges
- Possess a solid understanding of injection moulding machinery and polymers
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of injection moulding processes and associated parameters
- Maintain high standards and take pride in their work
- Be a team player, ready to assist wherever needed
