A leading manufacturer of eco-friendly products that support environmental initiatives worldwide is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation. They are seeking an Injection Moulding Process Engineer to play a key role in driving their mission forward.
Up to Β£45,000 + Bonus | Days | Monday β Friday
In this role, you will help develop and optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste and scrap, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement β all with the aim of making the company\βs products and services as sustainable as possible.
As a Process Engineer, Your Duties Will Include
- Assessing and enhancing processes and equipment set-ups to maximise efficiency, reduce material waste, and ensure reliable, consistent production.
- Troubleshooting tooling and machine issues to minimise downtime.
- Championing process improvements and innovations that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Supporting maintenance teams with diagnostics and technical problem-solving.
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Process Engineer, you will:
- Have extensive experience in plastic injection moulding, with excellent knowledge of machinery and materials.
- Demonstrate proven experience in process optimisation and troubleshooting.
- Have experience setting up new production lines.
- Be proactive, hands-on, and willing to support wherever needed.
