As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all spare parts activities, from quotation to dispatch. Acting as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure all orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining exceptional communication throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes for customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
  • Process orders using Oracle, ensuring order confirmations are received and matched in a timely manner.
  • Receive goods on the system and manage invoice queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage order returns to Italy when required.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates from enquiry to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the Service Help Desk, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure all service requests are handled promptly according to KPI targets.
  • Take responsibility for the technical identification of spare parts, referencing mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide a single point of contact for all spare parts-related enquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A basic understanding of engineering principles and the ability to read general layout, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
