A leading manufacturer of plastic products is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor to join their team due to an internal promotion. Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for all production aspects of the shift in line with the production plan. £42,000-£45,000, Monday‑Friday working.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving KPIs, covering OOE, cycle times, quality, and scrap.
- Setting machines and troubleshooting process issues.
- Overseeing and managing the team on shift (typically 8-12 people made up of a Setter, Materials Handler, Slinger, and Operators).
Qualifications:
- Possess a strong background in injection moulding.
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moulding issues efficiently.
