Diamonds Factory in the UK is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial success across UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. Hybrid role based in the UK with regular travel; reports to the Commercial Director and collaborates with showroom teams to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences.
You will drive revenue, optimize AOV and margins, coach Area and Store Managers, and shape regional business plans in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising and Finance.
