We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee the design, construction, renovation, and fit-out of our luxury jewellery and diamond retail stores. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bringing our brand vision and store concept to life, ensuring every boutique reflects the elegance, sophistication, and premium customer experience of our company. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to luxury retail detail, coordination with architects and contractors, and the ability to manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and store openings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail store projects including new store openings, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Work closely with management and creative teams to develop store concepts aligned with the brand identity and luxury jewellery retail standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and mall management throughout all project phases.
- Ensure all stores are designed and executed according to the company’s luxury concept, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience expectations.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage procurement processes for store fit-outs, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Review quotations, approve purchase orders, and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and company objectives.

- Coordinate store handovers and support operational readiness before launch.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail store project management, fit-out, construction, or renovation.
- Experience within luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or premium brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail store design, materials, lighting, and customer flow.
- Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, cost control, and supplier management within retail fit-out or construction projects.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and design concepts.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
