About the Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join the marketing team at Diamonds Factory. This role will be responsible for managing our day‑to‑day social media presence, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, building community engagement, and supporting paid social campaigns. The role will also play a key part in analysing performance, reporting on results, and monitoring competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn & Reddit in multiple regions.
  • Produce creative social content, including static assets, reels, stories, video content, and trend‑led campaigns aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Manage the social content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing across all channels.
  • Actively manage and engage with online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer interactions in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, providing weekly and monthly insights on engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use insights to make recommendations for content improvements and future social strategies.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis across social platforms, tracking content trends, campaign activity, audience engagement, and market positioning within the jewellery and luxury retail sector.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing, creative, and E‑commerce teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role, ideally within fashion, luxury, jewellery, or E‑commerce.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, community management, and campaign planning.
  • Strong understanding of social analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience conducting market analysis to support content strategy.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for social media, digital culture, and luxury brands.
