Neve Jewels Group is a UK headquartered, digital-first jewellery company redefining modern luxury through made-to-order design, ethical craftsmanship, and global e-commerce across its brands: Diamonds Factory, Austen & Blake, and Sacet.
Here at Diamonds Factory, we’re all about making those all important milestones matter. With over 15 years experience in the jewellery industry, Diamonds Factory was created from the simple idea that luxury products shouldn’t cost the earth - and that mission still stands firm now. This role is dedicated exclusively to the Diamonds Factory brand.
We are looking for a commercially driven and trend-aware Buyer to lead the product range for our Diamonds Factory brand. This role owns the full buying process — from trend forecasting and product development through to performance analysis and go-to-market execution — ensuring a customer-focused, profitable, and on‑brand product offering.
How you’ll contribute:
- Lead the development of trend‑led, commercially viable jewellery collections for each brand, considering local market needs
- Build seasonal range plans in line with brand strategy, customer profiles, and commercial targets
- Collaborate closely with product design and merchandising to create cohesive, high‑performing ranges
- Conduct regular trend forecasting and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Partner with digital, marketing, and retail teams to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding product timelines, changes, and category updates
- Attend trade shows, fashion weeks, and relevant industry events to stay informed on market direction
- Work with the merchandising team to select retail samples, accounting for regional and market differences
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a buying role, ideally within fine jewellery
- Strong understanding of product development and sourcing processes
- Excellent trend awareness and a passion for fashion and jewellery
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and decision‑making skills
- Confidently managing critical paths and delivering under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What we offer:
- Join a fast‑growing business where your contributions matter and your ideas are valued
- Work in a supportive, transparent environment that encourages innovation and excellence
- Enjoy flexibility with 3 days a week in our vibrant Hatton Garden office and 2 days working from home
- Flexi hours – start your day between 8am and 10am, then finish between 4pm and 6pm
- Comprehensive Vitality private healthcare, offering access to high quality medical support and wellness benefits
- Enjoy your birthday, with an extra day of leave to celebrate
- Access to Perkbox for exclusive discounts, rewards, and wellbeing benefits to help you make the most of your work‑life balance
- 25 days annual leave +
