Diamond Skin Care is a multi-award winning dermatology company connecting patients with the best dermatology technologies, treatments, and experts efficiently. Operating in Norfolk since 2013, the company now runs clinic centres in Norwich, Colchester, Doncaster, and Sutton Coldfield. Diamond Skin Care aims to expand its excellence in dermatology services across the UK, ensuring a world-class experience for patients and fulfilling and rewarding careers for our team members.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Norwich. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions across 4-6 sites with support from and line management responsibility for administrative staff at each centre. The post holder will ensure compliance with company policies and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating logistics
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Handling customer service issues
  • Collaborating with other department heads to achieve business objectives, specifically relating to the opening of 2-3 centres per annum.

This role would suit a dynamic individual able to build and maintain relationships with team members with a good understanding of process details.

  • Operations Management, Logistics, and Staff Supervision experience
  • Proficiency in Performance Metrics Monitoring and Compliance

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Norwich, Norfolk
  • Experience in the healthcare or dermatology industry is a plus
  • Experience as a CQC manager is a plus (Salary Negotiable)
