Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Operations Manager based in Norwich. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions across 4-6 sites with support from and line management responsibility for administrative staff at each centre. The post holder will ensure compliance with company policies, and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer service issues, and collaborating with other departments heads to achieve business objectives. Qualifications

• Operations Management, Logistics, and Staff Supervision experience
• Proficiency in Performance Metrics Monitoring and Compliance
• Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Planning and Optimization skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Norwich, Norfolk
• Experience in the healthcare or dermatology industry is a plus
• Experience as a CQC manager is a plus (Salary Negotiable)
