Diamond Skin Care is a multi-award winning dermatology company that connects advanced technologies, treatments, and expert care with patients in a fast and efficient way. Established in London in 2007, the company is now based in Norwich, Norfolk, and runs clinic centres in Norwich, Colchester, Doncaster and Sutton Coldfield. Led by its founder, Consultant Dermatologist Dr. Deepak Rallan, Diamond Skin Care ensures a world class care experience while intending to fulfil and reward careers for team members. Our Norwich headquarters manage all facets of sales, customer service and creation of marketing collateral. We aim to expand our influence across further UK centres.

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales and Customer Service located in Norwich. The role involves overseeing daily sales through customer activities, developing sales strategies, managing and leading customer service teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business development. The role would suit a people-oriented individual who thrives on connecting with the team and clients and enjoys nurturing more junior staff.

Salary and Benefits:
