We are looking for great people who we can sponsor to achieve the professionally recognised mortgage qualification, CeMAP. A Trainee Mortgage Advisor, if you have that special something and have a proven sales record, we would be delighted in helping you through your qualification.
Role Requirements
- Meet with lots of different clients and provide them with the best possible mortgage advice and protection.
- Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers.
- Advise on and sell associated insurance products from the market leaders.
- Meet and exceed targets.
- Work closely with our estate agency colleagues to maximise new leads and opportunities.
- Build great relationships that encourage customers to return.
- Work with our existing client base, which is often a great source of new business.
- Liaise with lenders to stay updated with new products.
- Work closely with our Admin Support Team to ensure cases are completed and FCA compliant.

- Ideally able to drive, as there will be times when you need to help out neighbouring offices and attend regular sales meetings.

Work Pattern
5 days per week including some Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month depending on the role/office).
