MAIN DUTIES
- Assisting Residential, Residential Investment Team, Private Wealth and Real Estate Development teams on all matters relating to post completion work:
- Submission of SDLT Returns to HMRC and dealing with SDLT enquiries
- Land Registry applications (including use of E-DSR)
- Notices to landlords as and when applicable
- Submitting NHBC acceptance forms online
- Replying to requisitions raised by Land Registry
- Checking titles when registration completed
- Informing clients of completion of registration and sending them copy or original documents
- Sending client satisfaction surveys to clients (as appropriate)
- Archiving documents as appropriate
- Ensuring that no Land Registry expiry dates are overlooked
- Informing mortgage lenders of completion of registration and sending them documents in accordance with their requirements
