Diamond Search Recruitment are honoured to be representing a trusted and well-established Estate Agency Group, based in the Southeast who are recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Romford, Essex.
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a passion for providing top-notch service and expert financial guidance. You should be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results.
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs.
- Identify optimal financial solutions.
- Promote Legal & General insurance products.
- Exceed targets consistently.
- Collaborate with estate agency team for maximum business.
- Provide support to maintain referral rate.
- Proactively generate new business from existing clients.
- Coordinate with lenders for suitable products.
The Person:
- CEMAP 1 qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
- 1 year of mortgage advisory experience.
- Hold a full driving license.
- Be driven and motivated by reward and success.
- Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.

5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00 - option to work from home 1 day per week).
