We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new client growth within the property/conveyancing sector and building a profitable portfolio of legal accounts within designated geographical areas. Your area of growth will be Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Norfolk.
Offering up to £45,000 + £5k Car Allowance + £20k OTC plus attractive benefits!
Responsibilities:- Sourcing new business through attainment, upselling and referrals
- Obtaining and maintaining long term key accounts using a consultative approach
- Building strong relationships with the key account portfolio, identifying needs and requirements, increasing transactional spend and promoting our company services to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Setting and attending face-to-face client meetings weekly from user training through to strategic partnership meetings.
To be successful as the Business Development Manager, you will be able to use your own initiative to research, network, and secure new business appointments to sell the service offering and associated products. You will come from a proven background of B2B or B2C sales with the drive to exceed minimum expectations.
You will also have/be:
- Experience in field sales or account management in sectors such as Legal, Environmental consultancy, Estate Agency, Property Consultancy or Information Service provision.
- Ability to network and build excellent rapport with varied customers and colleagues.
- A thorough understanding of professional account selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time and diary management
- Knowledge of the internet and the supply of online information
