Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a leader within their field, providing trusted identity and security solutions. The person in this role will research digital security and identity content and trends in order to help write and develop content strategies. They will create content for a variety of business needs in both print and digital media, with special attention to Search Engine Optimisation strategies. This person will work closely with the Design, Product, and Sales teams to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
Main job responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Write content for .com, social media platforms and sales enablement tools, using internal technical documentation, guides and background research as needed.
- Work with the Content Marketing Manager to help create content strategies, research trending topics, and write content for the various identity solutions and product lines offers.
- Ability to write, create and design content for multiple purposes and media types, including but not limited to blogs, webpages, videos, eBooks, whitepapers, social, webinars and campaigns.
- Contribute to website content using the Concrete5 Content Management System (CMS) and monitor website traffic, keywords and landing pages in terms of SEO strategy and goals.
- Create and maintain internal/intranet site content for organisation, content, accuracy, and brand.
- Leverage data and insights from Product Marketing and Sales teams to inform content development.
- Support with producing high-quality, detailed and data-backed content reports which are presented to senior executives on a quarterly basis or as needed.
- Energise our audience and our company as someone who pushes all forms of marketing to be at its best.
Person specification:
- Sufficient amount of marketing-style copywriting experience.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of creative thinking and experience working in digital, print and video formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Writing for SEO using tools SEM-Rush, Moz, Google or similar.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (Concrete5, WordPress, Joomla, etc.), and basic HTML.
- Familiarity with various English grammar style guides such as Oxford, Chicago, AP or others.
- Presentation creation for use in sales presentations, webinars or videos.
