Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well established leading Estate Agency Group, recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant in Faversham.

The Role:

  • Selecting appropriate candidates from multiple advertisements via our own websites and the Recruitment websites.
  • Virtual first line Interviewing high volumes of candidates across several disciplines and across the whole of the Network using Zoom, TEAMs, and occasionally the telephone.
  • Recognising talent and making recommendations to our senior team for follow up interviews.
  • Managing your pipeline of candidates and following up on offers and placements for your areas of responsibility.
  • Working closely with our senior management team and Directors running weekly calls to discuss recruitment and updates of vacancies/candidates.
  • Writing job adverts to attract the best talent and identify and recommend additional advertising.
  • Use of LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other social media sites for advertising roles and building up a database of long-term connections/head hunts.

Person Specification:

  • Some previous interviewing experience is preferred.
  • A bright and enthusiastic personality with a can do attitude.
  • A real team player.
  • The ability to match candidates to roles and the confidence to make positive recommendations.
  • An interest in social media and marketing to add value and attract the right type of people.
  • A good knowledge of LinkedIn is desirable.
  • An excellent knowledge of IT and an interest in developing and recommending up to date methods of recruitment.
  • A good typing speed with the ability to record interview notes of the interview as they happen.

The Package:

  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 5 days per week 08.45 -17.30 with the opportunity to introduce some homeworking once established.
