Working within the manufacturing arena, with a specific niche, they sell their products to a wide range of markets. Our client is very well established in the UK and is part of a much larger group with a truly global presence. Seeking a Service Sales Executive, this is an exciting opportunity to join a great team! Offering a base salary of £24-25K plus commission, there is certainly an opportunity to increase your earning potential!
Our client offers attractive benefits including:

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5pm, 38 hours a week as required.
Main Duties Description
To sell service contracts, one-off service visits, engineer call-outs, repairs etc. to new and existing customers in order to meet monthly sales targets. Grow the service customer base by proactively contacting customers to build awareness of Service Products, explain the benefits of regular maintenance and provide quotes. Retain existing service customers by obtaining agreement to renew. Follow up on one-off visits/call-outs with a view to selling a Maintenance Agreement or gain agreement for a follow-up service visit when next due. Support customers with aging products with advice on repairs versus replacement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact non-service customers with a view to selling service
- Manage our Local Education Authority service accounts
- Provide monthly forecasts based on historical trends and sales pipeline
- Use Salesforce to create account, contacts, opportunities and quotes
- Complete Salesforce tasks and update Salesforce at every milestone
- Follow up on quotes sent with a view to winning the order
- Process orders on internal sales system, updating changes as necessary
- Carry out data analysis/system interrogation in order to deal with queries
- Liaise with scheduling team in order to manage customer lead times
- Liaise with sales team where customer is considering replacement units
- Contribute to building relationships with other areas of the business to support the overall business objectives
