The Role:
- Providing personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice, ensuring customers receive the best possible service at all times.
- Taking responsibility, ownership, and profitability for the branch.
- Motivating, inspiring, and managing the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
- Working closely with your team, downloading new properties brought to the market and agreeing on suitable strategies to match potential purchasers.
- Successfully listing a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.
- Keeping abreast of current market conditions and developing a reputation as an expert in the field.
- Covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness across the area of Sussex (East/West).
