Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our client, the leading supplier in recruitment & sales technology, in their search for a Delivery Consultant for their growing Ashford office. As a Delivery Consultant you will be Account Managing and building exclusive talent pools, delivering to SME businesses across the USA. Every member of staff works a 4-day week. You will work alongside our talent solutions partners who will be selling our suite of products and delivering to the clients hiring needs for now and the future.

Responsibilities of a Delivery Consultant:

  • Networking and building relationships within the USA market to identify potential candidates for live roles and for our pipeline
  • Candidate attraction through advertising methods, database searches, mapping techniques and the use of our tech stack
  • Assessing and pre-screening candidates to determine suitability
  • Building relationships with candidates and guiding / managing them through the recruitment process
  • Updating the database to manage talent pools and hotlists

The ideal candidate will have some Account Management/Recruitment experience but most importantly will have:

  • Motivation
  • Wants to learn
