Diamond Search Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client based in the Canterbury area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of mechanical contracts, including the development, implementation, and execution of contracts including valuing variations.
Offering attractive remuneration, according to experience, plus a £5K car allowance, 5 weeks holiday per year, plus bank holidays, pension, private healthcare after 6 months probation, life cover, regular social events!
We are seeking an experienced candidate, capable of running three projects at the same time with values of between £1-10m. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also need to have the ability to negotiate, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Hours from 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Fridays - Office based plus visiting sites. The ideal candidate would reside in the local area / be able to get to work easily.
