OVERVIEW
To service inbound survey quotes and instructions, converting quotes into instructions and processing the associated internal admin and reporting.
DUTIES
- Calling conveyancing leads to talk through survey options
- Taking customers through the survey options and converting into sales
- Hitting daily call targets
- Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor
- Communicate with customers on survey dates
- Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys
- Daily, weekly reporting on your survey work and revenues
- Providing additional support/cover for other members of the Surveys service team when needed
SKILLS REQUIRED
- IT Literate to a good standard
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- 3 years experience in a similar customer service role
- Excellent understanding of customer service standards
- Excellent telephone manner
