This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced care leader with a proven track record of driving service improvement within CQC-regulated environments. If you thrive on leading change, improving quality standards, and delivering positive outcomes, this could be the ideal next challenge. The successful candidate will be expected to take on CQC registration and be available for an immediate start (subject to pre-employment checks).
The Role
As Turnaround Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the service, providing strong leadership to stabilise operations, improve regulatory compliance, and embed a culture of high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with senior leadership, you will develop and deliver improvement plans while ensuring the safety, wellbeing and best outcomes for the people supported.
