Diamond Search Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's home (1 opportunity in Stone and 1 opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, values-driven leader to create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a children's residential home
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care
- Lead, motivate, and develop a committed staff team
- Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations
- Work closely with professionals to achieve positive outcomes
About You
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and Ofsted standards
- Confident, inspirational leadership style
- Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK driving licence
