We’re recruiting an experienced Regional Support Manager to strengthen and support a network of children’s residential homes across the Stoke-On-Trent and Staffordshire region. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about driving quality, stability, and positive outcomes for young people.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide parachute and interim support to Registered Managers and homes
  • Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice
  • Stabilise services and maintain Ofsted compliance and high care standards
  • Support teams to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments
