A field-based, hands-on role delivering surface restoration solutions across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. The role involves working in luxury apartments, high-end homes, hotels and commercial environments, providing exceptional finishes to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Duties
- Prepare surfaces including baths, shower trays and sanitaryware for restoration
- Carry out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard
- Apply specialist coatings using professional spray techniques
- Ensure all work meets strict quality and finish standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company vehicle
- Customer & Service Delivery
- Represent the business professionally on site
- Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts
- Provide a high level of service and maintain excellent communication
- Resolve minor issues on site and escalate when needed
- Operational Responsibilities
- Travel across London and the Home Counties
- Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently
- Complete job records, reports and photographic documentation
- Maintain stock levels and request materials when required
- Health & Safety
- Follow all company health & safety procedures
- Use PPE appropriately and work safely with equipment and materials
- Carry out risk assessments where required
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and practical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and positive attitude
- Desirable
- Experience in spray painting, refinishing or restoration
- Background in automotive, SMART repair, decorating, bodyshop or similar
- CSCS Card or DBS clearance
- Experience in customer-facing roles
